Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

1. Age Verification & Restrictions:
Fling Or Thing Dating App is strictly an 18+ platform. Minors are not permitted. 

2. Prohibited Conduct:
We have a zero-tolerance stance on child exploitation. The following actions will result in immediate, permanent bans and notification of law enforcement:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to establish inappropriate contact with a minor.
• Sextortion, trafficking, or attempting to coerce a minor into sending intimate imagery.

3. Detection and Moderation:
We deploy automated systems and human moderation to identify predatory behavior, such as grooming language, in chat patterns.

4.Reporting  Mechanisms:
Users can report violations via the in-app "Report" button on any profile or message. All credible reports regarding child safety are reviewed and escalated to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. 

We self-certify that we comply with all laws pertaining to all child laws and safety regulations.
